About me and why chocolate...

My way of making chocolates is not the usual way here in Belgium, I never have beeing working with Belgium made chocolate for as long I'm chocolatier.
I choose the small companies and if possible organic, fair traide and with environmental friendly production made chocolate. Its my way of looking at my chocolateworld and its a feelgood situation I must have before I start with some brands.
