Jason Andelman of Artisan Confections visiting Belgium.

It was nice to find out about Jason that he is a real craftsman and love his chocolate creations like I do mine.
I received him during the transformations of my shop and so we could not make some chocolates or pastry but we had a nice and long talk. Beeing a small player in the big chocolate world is difficult to survive if you don't have the pioneer spirit, but this spirit I felt during the talk with Jason. I really wish him succes and courage in his business and privat live.
