el Sauco werkt mee aan stand A17 van KoffieTCacao magazine en geeft samen met de International Tea & Coffee Academy een aantal presentaties en workshops geven, waarbij origin chocolate wordt gecombineerd met koffie en thee. Origin chocolate meets tea & coffee!
Kom ook en deel de passie met topbarista's, chocoholics en thee fans. Doe mee met de workshops en leer meer over de kunt van chocolade, koffie en thee pairings.

Specialty Coffees and Origin Chocolates are both very complex in taste. How about pairing them? After a short introduction on backgrounds and taste experiencies in coffee, and chocolate, volunteers will pair different origin chocolates with origin coffees.
